Some commenters on my pizza delivery reckoned it was staged because of the stairs. We live in a first floor flat! OK, if that was staged, was this one? To all of you who passed negative comments about Sam, keep them to yourself, or send in a contribution of your own to show us how it should be done so that we can rip yours apart too. If you're not prepared to do that, then don't comment on anybody elses contris.
