Having finally got a slide scanner, I am able to make available photos taken on a UK beach many years ago when skimpy bikinis were the norm. This was just before toplessness was commonly adopted on UK beaches. Tops were small, usually scrutched up (or carefally taken off lying down). String bottoms were very low cut at the back, showing as much buttock as a thong. Big knicker bottoms were only worn by the matronly.
